Banyan Group Takes Top Honours in the International Property Awards 2024/2025

The Group scoops a total of 13 accolades in the prestigious awards and becomes the only Thailand developer to win a world’s best recognition

Phuket, Thailand (March, 2024) – Banyan Group Residences, one of the leading and most pioneering property developers in Thailand, has just received the global award for Best Development Marketing in the prestigious International Property Awards. 

Together with 12 accolades in the Asia Pacific categories of the International Property Awards 2024-25, Banyan Group has received far more awards than any other developer in the region and was the only developer in Thailand to receive a global award. 

The international award for Best Development Marketing was given for Banyan Tree Creston Hills Khao Yai, the first ever luxury branded residence project in the Khao Yai area which highlights Khao Yai as a new up and coming destination for luxury second homes in Thailand.

The same development has also earned Banyan Group 6 of its 12 Asia/Pacific awards.

The prestigious International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

• Banyan Tree Residences Beach Residences: Winner – Luxury Condominium Development for Thailand.

• Banyan Tree Residences Creston Hill: Winner of the International award for Development Marketing, winner of the Asia Pacific awards across 5 categories: Development Marketing, Residential Development (20+ Units), Apartment Development, Mixed Use Architecture, and Mixed-Use Development for Thailand.

• Laguna Lakelands: Lakeview Residences: Double winner – Residential Development of 20+ Units for Thailand, and Condominium Development for Thailand.

• Banyan Group Website: Winner – Developer Website for Thailand.
